Tales of Thanksgiving
A late, but not suuuper late post: I cooked Thanksgiving by myself (mostly) this year! Granted, we did not do a turkey (one oven is not great for cooking a large bird and a bajillion side dishes). I made cranberry sauce, herb mashed potatoes, roasted delicata squash, fennel risotto, stuffing, green bean casserole, brussel sprouts, pumpkin pie, ratatouille, and my dad made some yummy sushi, katsu, and ebi chili. Our family does the holidays with multiple rounds of food (in one night, of course).
I wasn’t super creative this time, and only did some adaptations of recipes, but maybe I’ll share a few soon 😉
Bonus: I got my cat a cute collar in Japan, and you can see his beauty below.
